For restaurant groups and agencies

Every location.
A clear record.

A group should know which location a change belongs to, what evidence supports it and who needs to review it.

Prepare for software that checks businesses before booking. Begin with exact location matching and a repeatable review of your published records.

Location pricing

More locations,
same watching.

Every location gets the same baseline briefing, published-change alerts, weekly digest and monthly readout. The price per location steps down with scale. The discount is for scale, never for influence.

Agencies: your locations across all of your client books count into one band, on one contract.

USD. Every location on a contract is billed at its band’s price.

  • Flat within each band. 8 locations: 8 × $119 = $952 a month.
  • Annual: 2 months free. Pay for 10 months, watched for 12. It stacks with the location band. A location added mid-term is prorated immediately.
  • Agencies pool. Locations across every client book count into one band on one contract.
  • Paying never changes what the public receipt shows. Corrections stay free, with the same evidence rules for everyone.

Two or more locations, or annual billing, are arranged by contract today: email watch@lodestarstamp.com with the locations, we agree the exact list, and the desk sends a Stripe invoice. Online checkout covers one location, billed monthly. 21 or more locations are always set up by contract.

14-day refund on the first paid invoice. Annual: 14-day first-payment refund only, with no pro-rated refund after 14 days. A location added mid-term is prorated immediately. Refunds and cancellation · Terms.

The operational value

The receipts are public.
The follow-through is work.

A group pilot pays for monitoring, location matching and a consistent exception report to the people responsible for acting on it.

  1. 01 / MATCH

    Know which location

Agree the exact identity of each business. A shared name or owner email is not enough.

  2. 02 / REVIEW

    Know what moved

Review published changes with source links and dates. Keep missing or expired checks visible.

  3. 03 / ACT

    Know who follows up

Route review to the agreed recipient and use the free evidence-based correction process when needed.

A pilot earns the rollout

Measure useful work,
then expand.

Before the pilot, agree which task this replaces. At the end, review time spent, useful findings, unresolved identity gaps and whether the reports were used.

What does a successful pilot prove?

That your team uses the reports and gets enough operational value to continue. It does not by itself prove that agents use Lodestar or that bookings increase.

Does paying change a location’s record?

No. Payment never touches the record. Corrections remain free and use the same evidence rules for every location.

What if I run one location?

Watching is first month free, then $149/month through online checkout, with a 14-day refund on the first paid invoice.

Several locations, or annual billing?

Arranged by contract. Online checkout covers one location, billed monthly. For two or more locations, or annual billing, email watch@lodestarstamp.com; we agree the exact location list and send a Stripe invoice.
